Returns & Exchanges

At OLIE KENT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please read our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a registered shipping service to return your item, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Discounted items cannot be returned.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Make sure to take pictures of the damaged parcel and keep the package for further inspection by the carrier.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times.

We recommend keeping the tracking number for your return, so you can track the returned order.
